Brand new frames go for <$3k. Most of the body work it needs isn't very expensive either - but pulling the right rear quarter is a pain in the literal ass. It's hard to see what shape the firewall footwells are in, though - probably needs new toe boards both sides.
Basically, if you put in about $6k-9k of parts and labor, you'd end up with a ~$15k Rover or better. So, not CP in the traditional sense, but absolutely jaw-dropping PCH for anybody who doesn't know what they're doing/has spares. This is pretty cheap for one in this shape (surprisingly), but not a steal.

I could've sworn they discontinued Poppy Red within a year or two of '70. That was only ever even a standard color in the US IIRC - everywhere else it was a specialty thing. Same with "Sand".
I'm not sure if tops were available in white from the factor that year, but they may have been.
